Stained Glass Lighthouse

Always wanted to work on a lighthouse, loved every single part of this DP. Plus I kinda switch a little the colors with DAC Iridescent drills it was the same DMC color codes and I had them. It gives the DP a pop to the colors around.

Stained Glass Lighthouse

Stained Glass Lighthouse is the perfect title for this kit because each element of the picture is cast the same as it might be if creating a stained glass window. What drew me to this kit was the coloration. Variations of orange and blue--complementary colors in the color wheel--enhance this masterpiece throughout. From billowy clouds to gently lapping waves along the shoreline, one feels the unstated message that belies all lighthouses: "I am the guardian lighting the way to safe harbor."

This kit provides a balance of color blocking and confetti providing a lively, never boring, artistic experience. Enhancements from 2 AB and 2 fairy dust introduce depth and additional sparkle in just the right places, with total color count being 74. The canvas size--27.6 x 27.6 inches--is large but not overbearing, thus I was able to complete the painting in 26 days.
