I admit the large chunks of color felt a little daunting but looks are deceiving in a good way with this painting. There are loads of subtle changes in color and few single dots of color, I worked from left (the darkest side) to right and watching the colors gradually fade into this lovely vibrant gold has been a delight so far. No pictures because honestly? I'd spoil the result for you, this deserves to be seen in person.
