This was my entry for Drills and Chills this year. I enjoyed every minute I spent working on this kit. It was the perfect size to break up some of my larger projects. I really like all the special drills in Sally's dress. I knocked down a star be cause I did end up running out of a color but customer support was great and getting replacements sent to me.
It did have the pink lines but I was able to remedy that with a bit of eyeshadow since I didn't have access to mica powder. Overall it turned out really good and I can't wait to get it framed and put up in mine and hubby's bedroom as we are both big fans of The Nightmare Before Christmas.

I was worried about the pink lines. But honestly you can't even see them when it is finished. It was perfect for my son's nursery as he is our little nightmare. I know some people covered the lines. I did not as I was to anxious to ruin the canvas.

So in love with the finished project. Took me 10 days to complete of around 5-6 hrs per day (single placed). Had some patches that weren't as sticky but just placed those with my tweezers. My daughter will love this. It's 1 of her favourite movies. My next project is the Corpse Bride....another of her top 5 movies.

Loved doing this one! It was a smaller one compared to what I usually do, but the canvas was easy to read, the beads were so sparkly & hardly any trash! Loved doing this one!!!

Full disclaimer, my canvas did suffer from the dreaded pink lines BUT DAC immediately offered me my choice of options, either return the canvas for a full refund or get compensated for it with some bonus points. I decided to keep it and will probably add mica powder to hide the pink lines. I only mention this if you have one of the original runs and experience the pink lines on your canvas as well which was due to the plastic sheet being laid on the incorrect side. This has since been fixed for future runs!
Overall, this canvas looks great besides the pink lines with the usual DAC quality and clarity of symbols and printing. The render is top notch as is the drill quality. Such a great piece to have if you love The Nightmare Before Christmas!
