Final picture turned out great. This is a very large project but it worked up faster than I thought. Dogs are very cute but I was tired of working with same colours all the time. Overall a fun picture to do.

I'm a crazy dog person so I got this to show in our local open show at the 4-h fair last year. I made a few modifications to the painting. It took a while, but I'm very happy on how it turned out
I entered in the hobbies and crafts division, diamond panting category. It's one of the newer categories, so there was only a dozen paintings there. I was hoping for a blue ribbon. The judging is closed process...ie. nobody can be there besides the judge and show staff.
I went the next day to see how I did. I was meet at the door by the director of the show, she congratulated me. I asked what for and she pointed to where my diamond painting was hanging. My jaw nearly hit the floor. Not only did my paining get a blue ribbon, but it got champion diamond painting. Better than that, it ended up winning grand champion in the hobbies and crafts division!! The group that was running the show featured it on Facebook, then the 4-h exhibit association featured it, and finally the local news station did a noon time broadcast in front of it. Literally, thousands of people got to see this wonderful diamond painting.
Keep up the good work. I just purchased another dog painting for this year. Maverick the Pit Bull!

I love this one so much! I started it in November and still plugging away at it. It’s so fun OMG. The colors, the dogs faces, the names of the books, everything is amazing about this. It’s HUGE but well worth it.

This was a beautiful piece to complete. I worked on it during my lunch breaks at my office job. It took 10 hours per book, 120 hours in total. I loved having 12 "mini completions" before the final piece was done, meaning I could appreciate each book individually. Would absolutely recommend, whatever your diamond painting experience.
