Beyond the Grotto

this painting is beautiful, well crafted. The issue is that they did not supply enough drills of certain colors. According to the website there is a lifetime guarantee. I have emailed multiple times, the first requesting replacement drills which came in a week. I explained that while I was just half way done, I had already run out of two colors. I emailed the following week with a list of drills that were going to be short. I received an email back that their policy was one time to replace and they would not do it. After yet another email, they told me that if I needed extra drills I could order and pay for them. They also stated that they checked the weight of th package and it was correct for this painting. I replied stating that that may be true, however , that is not a guarantee that each drill color has the appropriate amount of drills included. Customer service has tried every way to not agree to sent me the needed drills. Now, I have to spend additional monies on drills since they were not the appropriate number drills needed. Very disappointed!
