I was immediately drawn to the colors of this artwork because greens are relaxing and calming for me. Surprisingly I really enjoyed working on the mermaid more than the greens. Easy to get through. There’s a good balance of color blocking and confetti. I made some drill changes to make the mermaid sparkle more. I will say I had to trust the process with this one because I was confused about some color choices but I think everything worked out well in the end.

Good mix of confetti and colour blocking. The orange tones on the face.... im not sure about but from a distance it does work. I love mermaids, the tail was so fun to do!
Twice i mixed up colours! So some of the leaves are the wrong color top left corner and the top of her mermaid tail is also the wrong color. I've never messed up sooo many times! But I was rushing to complete it and still love the overall finished peice!
