The Young Mermacorn

Swim into the starry deep behind the young mermacorn as it flicks a gold spotted tail and drifts past a trail of rising bubbles. This Heather R. Hitchman mermacorn diamond painting kit renders every fleck of gold scale and curling horn in faceted resin.

Across the 20" x 28" canvas, 38 colors of Square drills, four of them AB specials, trace the mermacorn's pearly coat, teal tail and gold jewelry in 57,936 shimmering diamonds. Heather R. Hitchman's dreamy underwater palette casts the deep sea in soft blues, greens and gold for a creature that belongs in both worlds. Artwork by Heather R. Hitchman.
