Set the scene for Valentine's Day with this shabby chic expression of love. Against an iconic white-washed wooden fence, mason jars are filled with wildflowers and adorned with cut-out hearts in shades of sparkle. Red berries from the garden and shiny satin bows add the finishing touches to this perfect display of affection.
