Anthony Christou

Based in Adelaide, South Australia, Anthony Christou paints animals and landscapes in a fantastical or surreal way showing a deeper spiritual and imaginative side to nature. By incorporating aesthetics from fantasy, surrealism and mythology from many cultures he hopes to raise awareness around climate change, multiculturalism and the environment. As a digital artist, game designer and graphic novelist, Anthony is known for his work on the video game “The Path of Exile”, and on “Disney Worlds” for the Nintendo DS. He also enjoys taking his fantasy and popular culture paintings to comic conventions across the globe.
