Simona Candini

Simona Candini graduated the Academy of Fine Arts at the University of Bologna, Italy and has been a full-time artist since 2010. Her works, showcased in galleries around the globe, embody a beautiful yet sometimes dark world inhabited by big eyed girls and improbable creatures. With a stirring of emotions translated onto each new work of art, Simona brings her love of the old fairytales and childhood imaginings to us in a unique and poetic way. I purchased this canvas a year ago and now it is a WIP from participating in a recent DP event. It will eventually get completed, but I have really enjoyed working on this painting thus far. With all the areas of color blocking, placing the included AB drills(I also added my own enhancement drills) I really had fun with this ☝️ 😊
