As a little girl growing up in England, Carolyn Steele was encouraged by her artistic father to study art & graphic design. She started her Caribbean paintings in 1992 as a way to extend the afterglow of her visits to the West Indies. She is a self-declared snorkaholic and is committed to nature education and conservation. Carolyn donates a portion of her profits to wildlife and reef preservation projects.
