This diamond art I only bought because I have a stray cat, I call her spirit because she just appeared out of nowhere, that looks identical to this cat. This one took me almost 8 months to do. The only reason why it took so long is because the adhesive on the canvas was not holding my drills. There were big sections throughout the whole thing where my drills would not stick so I was using clear nail polish to get them to stay on. I was so disappointed I just wanted to cry

First kit I’ve purchased from DAC. I heard rumors about DAC kits having missing drills. Was hoping it was less likely than often. Unfortunately I had missing drills. They didn’t want me to request the drills till I was 80% done since I guess they didn’t want to ship more then once, of missing drills. But now that I’ve finished this kit and working on my second DAC that also has missing drills, I’m very disappointed with DAC. And when they did send me some drills I admitted to dropping (even though I had a lot leftover) they sent me the smallest packet of drills. If they were going to do that for the missing drills I had to wait to request, I knew it wouldn’t be enough. So I purchased the color drills they sell for $24. Also the glue isn’t great for using a straightening tool. Made my drills pop off and Lord knows if I didn’t find them, they definitely wouldn’t have replaced them. My pretty kitty is below. Now off to rate/review the second DAC kit with missing drills. It’s too bad :(
I recently lost my best friend, my cat , Celine. I have been looking for ways to deal with the grief and loneliness that comes with the loss of a beloved family member and I found that diamond art painting helps me with the grief, anxiety and depression. When I saw Jewel the Pretty Kitty, I knew that this would be a loving tribute to Celine. While my Celine was a tuxedo cat and the painting depicts a different color cat, the painting reminds me of my Celine. The kit is amazingly detailed, beautiful and everything that I need to complete the project is included in the kit. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I open this box and had tears in my eyes. This diamond art painting is the same as my stray cat. It is absolutely beautiful and the crystals are gorgeous.
