Simona Candini graduated the Academy of Fine Arts at the University of Bologna, Italy and has been a full-time artist since 2010.Her works, showcased in galleries around the globe, embody a beautiful yet sometimes dark world inhabited by big-eyed girls and improbable creatures. With a stirring of emotions translated onto each new work of art, Simona brings her love of the old fairytales and childhood imaginings to us in a unique and poetic way. She is a traditional artist and enjoys using oils, watercolor, acrylics, graphite and pencils on paper, canvas and wood boards. Simona hand paints and personalize most frames to match her artworks and make them unique as her art.

Una hermosura, sus colores son realmente adorables
This kit was the most fun to date that I’ve had putting one together! The almost want to buy it again just to do it again! The colors are soooo vibrant and the drills are very good quality. I find maybe one or two bad drill in DAC kits out of the entire number of colors. If you’re looking for a super fun and bright, vibrant kit, this is the one for you.

Deep Sea Beauties by Simona Candini was such a joy to complete! The artwork is stunning—whimsical, detailed, and full of underwater magic. The colors are so vibrant and the rendering really brought the image to life with every drill I placed.
As always, Diamond Art Club delivered top-notch quality. The canvas was soft and easy to work with, the drills were super sparkly with barely any trash, and the symbols were clear and easy to read. I got completely lost in this project in the best way.
If you’re a fan of fantasy art or just love beautiful mermaid designs, this one is a must-have. I absolutely loved every minute of working on it and I’m so proud of the final result!
