This piece is an homage to my late aunt who adored The Wizard of Oz. I had a fantastic time working on it while reminiscing about watching the movie countless times with her as a child. I know she would’ve been so proud to have this. I’m looking forward to framing it!
This painting has a good balance of confetti (hello, poppy field!) and color blocking.
