Himenji Castle

Originally I was concerned this was going to be way to busy to show a proper scene. This is one of those paintings you have to look at from really far away (10+ feet) to appreciate all the details. It looks best in photos. All of that being said, I feel the quality of the canvas and diamonds is well worth 5 stars. I had this painting in its box in my closet for more than 2 years and the quality of the glue on the canvas was as good as it would've been brand new. Also I had no trouble getting it to lay flat after being rolled for years. So, they do stand up to extended periods of time in storage. Well done DAC!

Disappointing

Really disappointed with the rendering of this one. I feel the colours of the wall and water were not well done and were made very brown and muddy. I hoped that the finished image would gel better but the brown was overpowering. Completely ruined the overall look of the picture for me.

How to use

This meditative craft involves placing hundreds of sparkling resin rhinestones, one-by-one, on an adhesive color-coded canvas to create a vivid, shimmering work of art.

Step 1

Dip the tip of the applicator tool into the strip of wax

Step 2

Pick up each diamond by pressing the applicator to the diamond’s rounded, faceted side

Step 3

Apply each diamond to the adhesive canvas template, placing it based on the color-coded chart
