I have to start off saying, that I'm a hard-core diamond art club and had always been very pleased with their quality of canvas and drills along with the beauty of the paintings themselves.
This time however, I am so disappointed with the customer service. They had filled 2 different numbered bags of green with the same color.
These colors happen to correspond to the majority of the painting and creates the gradiation of trees and grass. Customer Service solution was only sending a replacement of the drills, not a partial refund or a compensation of a new canvas.
One hates to see the work imperfect after spending that long working on an art piece. The issue is I had already covered most of it before realizing that the 2 colors are mistakenly filled in as one and the trees and the bushes that are supposed to show a gradiation look more of a block color.
The other thing is, the drills haven't reached me till now after more than a week, with absolutely no movement on the tracking status. CS don't seem to be shaken to satisfy their customers, which is a shame.
