Shipping Policy

We’ve got your shipping covered! Enjoy free shipping on eligible orders of $75 USD or more worldwide, except for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, Palau, and military addresses (AA, AE, AP), where the minimum is $100 USD. For orders below the applicable minimum, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Please note: The applicable free shipping threshold ($100 USD for the extended U.S. destinations listed above; $75 USD for all other destinations we ship to) is based on your order subtotal after any discounts or promo codes have been applied (and before taxes and shipping fees). For example, if your cart totals $80 but a discount code brings it to $72, the order will not qualify for free shipping.

Oversized items do not qualify for free shipping — even if your order total meets the applicable free shipping minimum. A flat $40 oversized shipping/handling fee will apply to each oversized item.

Here’s how we deliver your order:

• U.S. Orders: Depending on your location and order size, we ship with a variety of carriers and delivery partners, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, OnTrac, DoorDash, and others.
• International Orders: We use FedEx Express to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Need it quicker? Expedited shipping options are available for domestic orders.

All orders ship from our distribution center in Avon, Indiana, USA, near Indianapolis. We aim to ship in-stock items within 24 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). In rare cases, processing may take up to 4 business days.

Pro Tip: If your order includes a pre-sale item (you’ll see this on the product and cart pages), the entire order will ship once everything is available. To avoid delays, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-sale and in-stock items if you want the in-stock items right away.

• U.S. Orders (Including Alaska & Hawaii): 3 to 6 business days with standard shipping.
• International Orders: 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

We’re unable to ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses. If you're in a rural area and cannot receive mail at a physical address, please contact Customer Support for assistance.

You can monitor your order status through:

• Shipment Notification E-mails
• Order Confirmation Page
• Your Account on our website or the DAC App.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please reach out to Customer Service for assistance.

Carriers sometimes mark packages as "Delivered" when they’re still en route. In most cases, the package will arrive within 2 business days.

If your package hasn’t arrived after 2 days, and you’ve checked around your address, please contact Customer Service for help.

Please note: Diamond Art Club is not liable for packages marked as delivered or any theft after delivery. If you believe your package was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.

Most countries include duties, taxes, and fees at checkout, but some locations may require additional fees upon delivery (this will be noted during checkout).

Duties and taxes are included for all countries except:

• Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Faroe Islands, Guatemala, India, Kazakhstan, Peru, Serbia, South Africa, and Vietnam.

If you're in one of these countries, you'll need to pay duties and taxes when your order arrives. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees.

We ship to most countries around the world, except:

• Iran, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Turkey, and Ukraine.

If your country isn’t available at checkout, we are currently not shipping to that location.
