Cards may be included in core canvas kits; they are not guaranteed.

What are Treasure Quest Cards?

Treasure Quest Cards are a fun bonus included with your purchase, adding an extra layer of excitement—like finding a prize in a cereal box! Each card has a different level of rarity, making them collectible. Additionally, these cards can be redeemed for gift cards and other rewards, such as custom paintings and cover minders that will soon be added, if you choose to participate in the program.

What do the different levels of cards mean?

There are four levels of Treasure Quest cards: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Black. Bronze cards are the most common, while Black cards are the rarest. A card’s value generally correlates with the size and cost of the kit—larger and more expensive kits have a higher chance of including a high-value card, while smaller and less expensive kits have a lower chance.

How does the Treasure Quest work?

To claim a reward, you'll need a specific combination of cards. Bronze, Silver, and Gold cards work together to unlock a Treasure Quest reward. Black cards are the rarest and most valuable, and they can only be used in combination with other Black cards.

Which products include a Treasure Quest Card?

Only our core canvas kits include Treasure Quest cards. Products like Mini Dazzles™, Frameables™, Sparkle Pals™, and others do not come with these cards.

Am I guaranteed to receive a Treasure Quest Card in the canvas kits I purchase?

Treasure Quest cards are never guaranteed to be included in our canvas kits due to several reasons such as licensing agreements, operational logistics, and other factors. Canvas Kits produced before July 1st, 2024, are guaranteed not to include a Treasure Quest card. Kits produced after this date are more likely to include one, but again, this is not guaranteed.

What if my kit is missing a Treasure Quest Card or it’s damaged?

Unfortunately, we cannot replace or provide new Treasure Quest Cards if they are missing or damaged.

Can I request or purchase cards for kits I’ve previously bought?

Due to logistical reasons, we cannot offer this service.

Can gift cards won through Treasure Quest be stacked with other rewards or discount codes?

Yes! Treasure Quest gift cards can be stacked with other discount codes, rewards, and even other gift cards.

Do Treasure Quest Cards have an expiration date?

Currently, Treasure Quest Cards do not have an expiration date. However, this could change in the future. If an expiration date is implemented, we will announce it publicly via email and social media, providing a 90-day period to redeem cards produced before the specified date.

Do claimed Treasure Quest rewards expire?

Once you claim a Treasure Quest reward, you must use it within 6 months, or it will automatically expire.

Will the combinations required to win each Treasure Quest reward always stay the same?

While the combinations needed to unlock each reward are unlikely to change, we cannot guarantee they will remain the same indefinitely.

I entered my Treasure Quest Card codes but I did not finish redeeming a reward. Are my codes saved in my account?

If a Treasure Quest Card code was entered but the redemption was not completed, the code is not stored in your account. You’ll need to enter all the codes and redeem them in one session, as the system doesn’t save partial progress.

Do you hand-chart or render custom kits?

We’d love to, but hand-rendering is a very time-intensive process that takes 8 to 12 hours per image. It’s only practical when we produce a large number of kits with the same design available for sale, which helps cover the costs. For custom kits, we use software to automatically render the images, but our pixel artists still add a personal touch by refining details and adding special enhancements like AB drills and Fairy Dust for a polished finish.

What kind of artwork can I submit for custom kits?

You can submit any high-resolution personal photo or artwork that you’ve created yourself, or that you have written permission from the artist to use. We won’t accept artwork from any current or former Diamond Art Club artists, and we also won’t accept anything we deem to be fan art.

Custom kits are automatically rendered by software, so they won’t have the same level of detail and crispness as our standard kits, which are fully hand-rendered to achieve the exceptional quality Diamond Art Club is known for.

Can I use Treasure Quest Cards to reprint a discontinued kit?

Yes, but only when all of the following conditions are met:

  • The artist is still licensed with Diamond Art Club
  • The design is discontinued
  • It must be a design Diamond Art Club released in the past (we can’t produce designs we never released)
  • The artist provides written approval, and you share it with us
  • It will be produced using the same exact chart we used before, with no changes (no resizing, no special drills, no other modifications)
Can I trade my cards with others?

Absolutely! Trading cards is part of the fun. You can trade them in the official Diamond Art Club-sponsored Facebook group for Treasure Quest Cards. Additionally, the codes on the back of the cards can be transferred to someone else, so they don’t have to be redeemed by the person who purchased the kit.

Can I reuse the same card more than once?

Once a code is used to claim a Treasure Quest reward, it cannot be reused.
