Lifetime coverage
Diamond painting canvases
We stand behind our kits. Eligible diamond painting canvases are guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
Coverage is exclusive to canvases purchased from our online store or authorized retailers. It applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
What’s covered
- Missing or incorrect diamonds.
- Diamonds losing their shine or falling off after completion.
- Missing or damaged tool kit accessories.
- Adhesive issues.
- Canvas rips, wrinkles, creases, and scratches.
What the lifetime warranty doesn’t cover
The following are excluded from lifetime coverage:
- Other product types: Accessories, LED products (including Light Pads and LED Diamond Paintings), Advent Calendars, frames, stickers, coasters, ornaments, coverminders, calendars, and other non-canvas products.
- Items bought through third-party or non-authorized retailers.
- Diamond paintings treated with a sealant. This exclusion refers to sealant applied to the artwork, not unopened kits in their original packaging.
For excluded items, we may consider a goodwill gesture based on the individual circumstances.
30-day warranty for other products
All other products not covered by the lifetime warranty come with a 30-day warranty.
Canvas care, defects & mishaps
Trimming the borders
Trimming your canvas borders does not void the warranty. The borders are designed to be trimmed after completion without fraying. Our scalloped edges are hand-cut, so some variation can occur. Uneven borders are not covered unless they affect the color code chart or drill field.
If you notice a possible defect
Some flaws, such as blurry symbols or non-sticky adhesive, may only become apparent once you start. If you notice a potential defect beforehand, such as a smudge or tear in the drill area, contact us before starting your kit. This helps us determine whether it is a manufacturing fault.
If a mishap happens after you start
Please reach out and tell us what happened. We’ll offer you a 50% discount on the same kit. We appreciate your honesty and the trust you place in us.
How to make a warranty claim

- Your full name and email address
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A photo of the issue
Claim processing time
Claims are typically processed within 12 business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm PST).

Claim review & warranty conditions
Unusual, repetitive, or suspicious warranty claims, including diamond replacements, may be denied or subject to a fee.
Diamond Art Club reserves sole discretion in determining whether the lifetime warranty applies. Physical inspection is usually waived for existing customers in good standing with a well-established order history.
