About the artist

Kim Norlien

Kim was raised in Minneapolis, MN, and spent his childhood summers up at the lake with his grandparents in rural Minnesota. After graduating from Minneapolis Community College and spending eight years as a commercial artist for Honeywell, Kim realized it was time to go freelance with his own unique style. As a Christian artist, Kim believes all of creation is a reflection of God's glory, so he painstakingly researches every detail in his work to make sure it is captured as precisely as it would be found in nature.

A must have if you are a collector of beautiful pieces!

While this is a really large painting, it is absolutely stunning!! I had to wait for it to restock twice and I am so happy the third time was a charm! The colors are amazing and bright!! I am honestly so excited to work on this when I come home from a long day at work!

So fantastic

What a relaxing and peaceful peace of art . You can just feel the breeze in the trees and hear the waves of the ocean … as you dig your feet into the sand . Just wonderful.

How to use

This meditative craft involves placing hundreds of sparkling resin rhinestones, one-by-one, on an adhesive color-coded canvas to create a vivid, shimmering work of art.

Step 1

Dip the tip of the applicator tool into the strip of wax

Step 2

Pick up each diamond by pressing the applicator to the diamond’s rounded, faceted side

Step 3

Apply each diamond to the adhesive canvas template, placing it based on the color-coded chart
