This badge will appear below items you own, allowing you to easily identify them while browsing collections or product pages. This feature provides peace of mind when adding to your stash and prevents accidental duplicate purchases. Note that this feature is only available on our website, not on our app.
Keep an eye out for this badge while browsing collections, it will appear right below the product image.
You can also look for the badge on the product pages of items you’ve previously purchased.
Wishlist Sort Function
The wishlist sort function is ideal for customers with extensive wishlists who want to quickly locate specific items. You can now organize your wishlist alphabetically, by price, or by last added. To use this feature, simply log into your account, click the heart-shaped wishlist icon, select the desired wishlist, and choose your preferred sorting option.

Back in Stock Alerts for Web and App
Our web and mobile back-in-stock alerts are another fantastic feature designed to streamline your diamond painting experience. We understand the frustration of finding the perfect diamond painting design, only to discover that it's out of stock. With this feature, you can sign up to receive an alert via email or on your device/phone when a kit or accessory you like is back in stock. This feature is especially helpful for customers who don't want to miss out on a popular item that could sell out quickly!
When you sign up for back-in-stock alerts on our website, you'll receive an email notification when a "real" restock happens, which means we've received a full shipment to replenish the inventory of the item you're interested in. Since small restocks/returned items usually sell out within a few minutes, we don't want to frustrate you by sending an email notification. Instead, we send push notifications through the app for these types of restocks and returns. Please note that our restock push notifications are only available for IOS devices.
By signing up for both email and app notifications, you can ensure that you're always in the loop when your favorite kits are back in stock. Don't miss out on popular items – sign up for these alerts today and enjoy a seamless diamond painting shopping experience!
If you're shopping on our website, you can sign up for back in stock alerts in two easy steps:
1. Navigate to the product page of the out of stock item you’re interested in.
2. Type your email address into the text box and then click the “email me” button.
After completing those two steps, a message will pop up confirming that you’ve been officially signed up for updates.
Also, if you navigate back to the product page after signing up, you will see a message confirming that you’ve subscribed for back in stock alerts.
Additionally, you’ll see products marked as “You already subscribed” while navigating our website. This extra visibility comes in handy when browsing through categories.
To sign up for back in stock alerts in the Diamond Art Club® app, simply follow these two steps:
1. Open the application on your mobile device and select the sold out product that you want to be notified about once it is back in stock.
After completing those two steps, a banner will pop up at the top of the screen confirming that you'll receive a notification as soon as the product is back in stock.
Export Your Full Order History
We'd also like to share a helpful tip on how to export your full order history in a spreadsheet format directly from your account. This feature allows you to maintain an organized record of your purchases, making it even easier to track your diamond painting collection. To export your order history, follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to your Diamond Art Club® account on our website.
2. Navigate to the 'My Account' section by clicking on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
3. Locate the 'Order History' tab on the left-hand side and click on it to access your order history.
4. On the 'Order History' page, you'll find an option to 'Export All.' Click on this button to download your full order history as a spreadsheet.
Once you have downloaded your order history, you can open the file in any spreadsheet program, such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, to view and manage your purchase records. This feature is another way we're working to enhance your diamond painting experience and simplify your shopping process.
