Vase Avec Marguerites At Coquelicot

This style of painting is not really the style I tend to choose. However I wanted something to use for the Diamond Painting event "Summer with the Masters" I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the process and the outcome. At first I was a bit concerned given how much I had heard about flowers being high confetti. However, whilst there was some confetti, there was also a decent amount of colour and line blocking. Loved everything about it. Although I do record the amount of crafting time I take to do the project, please take that with a grain of salt as I am a very slow diamond painter. Yes I would recommend it.

The colors in this are so vibrant and beautiful. The sparkle catch’s the light in every direction. So excited to have this in my collection of Van Gogh diamond paintings. I hope DAC creates more Van Gogh pieces. I’m still getting use to squares but think I prefer rounds but like completed square projects. This project had lovely rendering and a nice amount of ABs. I do not like DAC trays, I wish they were more like forever young’s. The drills line up so much better and make it easier when multi-placing. I am in love with the precut protector sheet but I do wish DAC would use some sticker glue.

Love to work on this beautiful rendering from van Gogh art. Lots of AB's that bring the flowers to life. I am enjoying a lot. Thanks DAC for this one

love the image, was fun to work on and now I can say I own a Van Gogh! The only issue with this kit is the name, it should be Vase Avec Marguerites ET Coquelicut. Et means and in French. Vase with Cornflowers and Poppies.

I did this for my first Summer With the Masters and I really enjoyed it. I gave it to my mom and she has it hung up.
