Love the image. Love the artist. No issues with the canvas or adhesive. However, the drills from my January 2023 purchase of this kit from the website are stressful and defective. 52 out of 57 colors had issues with being hollow underneath. Not all the drills but enough that I spent more time picking through the drills than putting them on the canvas.
When contacted customer service noted that they have since improved the drills quality and offered replacement drills for $.75 a bag.
As many colors have multiple large bags that are likely bigger than the replacements this would likely add up to more than the original project.
I was disappointed to say the least.
After several disappointing emails with customer service, I have decided the workaround is to not look at the drills and put them on the canvas anyway. Once done I will take a medium softness brush and give it a good scrub. Replace any that pop off with carefully chosen good drills then seal the canvas which I usually save for budget round kits. Not worried about voiding the warranty as it has proven to be not something I can count on anyway in this instance.
I’m a bit worried about the other two Spanglers I ordered at the same time and my other older kits. I no longer feel that the DAC “Lifetime Warranty “ is something I can count on. Workarounds are not something I anticipated when buying a premium kit.

Finally had time to finish this Cookies and Classics piece. Loved the colors in it, loved the details and definitely loved every second placing the drills! Will definitely be looking out for my next project very soon.
