About the artist

Patrick LaMontagne

Patrick LaMontagne is a nationally syndicated editorial cartoonist and illustrator, but his paintings of funny looking animals bring him the greatest joy. (The animals themselves aren’t funny looking, that’s just how he sees and paints them.) He is also proud of the fact that the detail and brushwork in his digital painting style has often been mistaken for traditional media. Patrick lives with his wife, Shonna in Canmore, Alberta, surrounded by the beauty of the Canadian Rockies.

Beautiful Canvas

I only gave 4 stars due to the poor drill quality. This is a new canvas with the new drills, however there was so much trash. Drills with holes and large tabs. Made working on this very stressful. But love the finished painting.

T-Rex

This was definitely a must have. Missed it on release wasn’t taking a chance on missing it again. I purchased this for my Autistic 17 year old teenager. Since they were 2 they have been obsessed with dinosaurs and T-Rex is their most favorite. They know everything about dinosaurs even ones you never heard of. This will be a Christmas gift. You know what I’ll be doing in the fall..

Beautiful ! the diamonds are fine... the design is just beautiful

Only problem, I had 2 colors that I missed... But after contact on FB, they were sent back to me :)

How to use

This meditative craft involves placing hundreds of sparkling resin rhinestones, one-by-one, on an adhesive color-coded canvas to create a vivid, shimmering work of art.

Step 1

Dip the tip of the applicator tool into the strip of wax

Step 2

Pick up each diamond by pressing the applicator to the diamond’s rounded, faceted side

Step 3

Apply each diamond to the adhesive canvas template, placing it based on the color-coded chart
