I wanted this kit the very first time I saw it and wasn't fast enough to get it on the first go around but lucked out on the first restock. I set up the kit on my draft table on July 23rd and left the next day for a little over a month vacation....knowing that when I got back home all I had to do was sit down and have at it. I started on the 8th of September and finished on the 27th of November. It is now pinned to my wall until I can have it framed. This was a lot of fun and as I finished each kitten I named each one after one of the many cats I raised or fostered . I single drilled 90% of this since I am not as comfortable yet with multi drill placement.
I love Randal Spangler's art but this one really touches my heart and love of cats. I
had many cats so as each one appeared in it's rightful place it was given the name of one of my pets. I love Randal Spangler's art and this one is so far the best in my opinion. The colors are prettier in the picture itself than and photo of the kit.

Finally got to complete this one out of my stash. The colours are bright and the detail of the books is beautiful. The cat is almost like my own Tuxedo cat with the same cattitude! Lots of straight lines so using a multiplacer really helps. Another gorgeous Randal Spangler, I've just ordered the Dog Bookshelf so can't wait to do that one.
