Dragon and Books

This canvas was soo cute and the colors look amazing. It is a great size for beginners or as a break from larger paintings. Also love that it’s a partial.

As a girl who loves both dragons and books, I couldn't have picked this one up fast enough. I also really love that it's a partial drill kit. The color palette is so simple, yet perfect! The render is beautiful, and the quality of the canvas and drills is unmatched.

This was a quick and easy canvas that I took with me on a trip. Only having 22 colors made it easy to kit up in baggies which makes for easier transport. It’s very cute when it’s complete. I would definitely recommend this for a beginner or anyone that needs a break from a big canvas.

This was in my stash since it first came out, and I pulled it out because I needed a small square project as a palette cleanser after a large round drill canvas. This was a complete joy to work on. The color palette is so pleasing to the eye, and it’s been so long since I’ve been able to do a partial. The special drills in this one were super fun, as the dragon is almost all fairy dust, his scales are AB, and the moon and stars are frosted drills! The only reason I’m saying 4.5 stars instead of 5 is that a lot of the glue was pretty slippery, and I had an odd experience with a decent chunk of the drills being slightly different sizes and shapes which made some of them fit together oddly. Nevertheless, I enjoyed every minute of it and was even able to work on it while sitting in bed which my cat seemed especially pleased with 🥰

I must admit, I took this off my wishlist probably 3 times as my stash kept getting bigger and I kept questioning "do I really need it?" So glad I bought it. The colors are so pretty, and the little dragon is just the cutest ever. The whole body is fairy dust. It really glimmers.

I'm not usually into small kits or partials. But this kit is adorable and spoke to me as an avid reader (and collector!) of books. When this kit released it was also one of the first with frosted drills and I was intrigued.

So, I loved it. I loved the frosted diamonds; They are so soft and beautiful. I loved working on it. Loved everything about it. Except, I did edit out the leaf-tail. I wasn't a big fan of the rendering. It wasn't too difficult and I love how it came out. And honestly, I love that this kit was my first experience with such a cute edit. I've done smaller edits, but this one required a little more to make the books look right.
