My life with kitties is never dull.I never thought I would be doing paintings of cats. After we got our first cat, Miss Joshua, many ideas began to evolve. She inspired a whole new direction in my work. Up to that point, I was primarily focused on creating fantasy art. My background is illustration, art direction and game design. I'm most known for my painting and art direction on the "Mystery Case Files" series of hidden object / adventure games published by Big Fish Games. My work has been published by major corporations such as Disney, Pixar, Warner Brothers, DreamWorks, EA Games, Blizzard/Activision, Big Fish Games, American Airlines, Texas Instruments, Pepsi-cola, Frito-lay and Bic pens. I spend most of my time painting images of my world inspired by my cats. My work developed from strong influences of Art Nouveau, Classical Realism, and a well developed sense of childlike Haynie wonder. Stories emerge as I work usually pointing to a symbolic message to inspire hope and faith.

Amazing Diamond painting
It normally takes me a long time to complete a diamond painting since it's the type of hobby I tend to do only when the mood hits me and that can be with weeks in between.
So I wanted something that was really good quality if I was going to be so many hour completing it, and Cavalier cat was perfect. I loved working with all the different shades of blue it had, and it looks amazing I already have it hanging up my room

Fun to work on
Symbols were nice and clear, little trash and love the soft canvas.
I feel like some of the small details are a little hard to distinguish though (like the smaller rats with swords and the fish details on the hat band)

How to use
This meditative craft involves placing hundreds of sparkling resin rhinestones, one-by-one, on an adhesive color-coded canvas to create a vivid, shimmering work of art.
Step 1
Dip the tip of the applicator tool into the strip of wax
Step 2
