I knew I was a fan of Cheryl Baker after I finished The Pumpkin Herder. I wanted ALL of her paintings ! I loved every minute of working on this. The color palette brought me such joy ! She is so beautiful . The eyes seem to be looking right at you too ! Extremely pleased with the finished product.

I loved working on this piece - the colors are much brighter and more vibrant that the image appears on my computer. If you like owls, this is one to put on your wish-list.

“Aveline, Mother of the Woodlands” is absolutely mesmerizing. The artwork itself is stunning from the moment you unbox it—the colors are rich, the details are beautifully rendered, and the overall design has such an enchanting, woodland magic to it.
The owl at the center is especially captivating. She looks regal, confident, and wise… the kind of image that immediately draws your eyes in and makes you excited to start placing drills. Even before I began working on the canvas, I could already spot several areas that inspired me to enhance the piece further with additional specialty drills. The kit already includes some lovely ones, but for a design this enchanting, it practically invites a little extra sparkle and dimension.
I can already tell that once every drill is laid, this piece is going to be breathtaking. It’s one of those canvases that you just know is going to shine—literally and figuratively—when finished. DAC quality paired with artwork this beautiful? A perfect combination.
Highly recommend for anyone who loves nature themes, owls, or simply wants a project that feels magical from start to finish.

I’m really enjoying working on Aveline, Mother of the Woods from Diamond Art Club. The artwork is absolutely beautiful, and as someone who loves owls, this piece immediately won me over. The owl feels calm and powerful, and the overall design has a lovely woodland, slightly magical vibe.
The colors are gorgeous — rich, natural tones that work together perfectly. I’m especially excited because once it’s finished, it’s going to look amazing in my office. The palette matches the space really well and feels both soothing and eye-catching.
Between the stunning artwork and Diamond Art Club’s usual high quality, this has been a pleasure to work on. If you love owls or nature-inspired fantasy art, this one is definitely worth picking up.

Decided to start this one upside down and so glad I did - not a massive fan of confetti and the top two rows are just full of it, but my goodness, the result is worth the effort. Upside, I know when I flip the canvas round the bottom half will so be worked quickly.
She is striking and far from my normal choice of colour pallet - cannot wait to complete her
