I ordered this painting very excited to finish and gift it to my mom as a birthday present. However, it was delivered missing eight colors. When I emailed requesting the missing diamonds they suggested waiting until the end to send in a request because they will only send replacement diamonds once. I have used all the diamonds they sent and emailed them they did not send nearly enough and I need more. They said no because they’ve already filled a request for me. But, I don’t understand how I would know if I were needing more colors of the missing diamonds if I never had them to begin with. So am I at fault that they failed to send the colors in the original order and then failed to send the right amount when they corrected their mistake?

Every kit is weighed before packaging to ensure all the diamonds are included. While 1 or 2 colors can sometimes be missing, it is rare for a kit to be short of 8 colors. That being said, we still offered to send them to you free of charge as part of our Oops insurance policy. We also let you know that we would only be able to honor one claim for this kit and it is recommended to wait until you're closer to completion, but you insisted for the diamonds to be shipped right away. Due to that, we're unable to send you more diamonds for free and you'll need to cover 75 cents per pack as outlined in our Oops insurance page here: https://www.diamondartclub.com/pages/oops

I love this painting so much. It’s so huge though. I kind of wish it had more ABs for the windows. The ABs are in the yellow flowers and white areas.

It takes a long time to do, but the end result makes it worth it. It has impressive detailing and I love how vibrant the colors are
