A native of Western New York State and currently based in Boston, MA, Howie Green is an award winning designer, painter and sketcher who first came to international attention with the publication of his book "Jazz Fish Zen: Adventures in Mamboland". Although I really liked the quality of the canvas and materials on this project, I’ve been very disappointed with missing diamonds. I ran out of one color and had to order more, and then realized I was going to run out of another and possibly a third. when I requested the additional diamonds for the first one, I was missing they were mailed to me immediately, but when I emailed about more missing diamonds, I was told to wait until I had completed the project and then let them know of any diamonds missing.
This is pretty frustrating to me because I work on my large paintings one segment at a time and not having the diamonds to complete one segment is frustrating i’ve used a number of other brands of diamond painting, and never had the problem of running short on diamonds. so, despite the good quality of these canvases and materials, I likely won’t be ordering again.

This meditative craft involves placing hundreds of sparkling resin rhinestones, one-by-one, on an adhesive color-coded canvas to create a vivid, shimmering work of art.
Step 1
Dip the tip of the applicator tool into the strip of wax
Step 2
Pick up each diamond by pressing the applicator to the diamond’s rounded, faceted side
