The product looks fine. My problem was with the processing and shipping. It took 2 weeks to get my order. The order stated shipped yet they stated UPS has not picked up. Then when I emailed to find out what was going on, I was told it’s normal and UPS forgets to scan some times. Then a few days later I still haven’t received anything and after an email I was told UPS sent it back to them and they had to reprocess the order. Finally days later it actually showed up at my door.
