Euryale

This is both my first DAC and my first Christopher Lovell. The rendering is pretty good, it's a good mix of confetti and color blocking. The black drills were all flat top, one of the grays was a mix of a more pointy top and flat tops. The rest of the colors were all the pointy topped drills. It makes the black and other flat topped drills really stand out. Pretty awesome effect.

I was obsessed with this painting, and getting her done. She's going right up on the wall. Looking forward to doing more paintings from this artist.

I have many Christopher Lovell canvases, and Euryale, is one of my favourites. The rendering, as always, is amazing. The quality is incredible — the canvas, drills, and packaging are all top‑notch. Everything is so clear and easy to work with.

I really loved working on this piece. It has the perfect combo of a bit confetti and more color blocking. Only complaint is that I got a bit bored working on mainly brown and gray colors but overall had very much fun. As I need 2 hrs per perforated square I needed roughly around 120 hrs to complete it.

The rendering detail on this is perfection! Though I'd get tired of the color palate but it wasn't bad at all.

Stunning! One of my favorites. Didn't know if I would like the color palette but then a drill would click into place and the whole section would come alive. Hope Mr. Lovell decides to create the 3rd gorgon sister.
