A self-taught artist, Bonnie spent the first 30 years of her life on her family’s horse farm in upstate NY. If she wasn’t riding horses, she was sketching them. Although the farm ceased operation in 2000, she continues to be inspired by her life there and by the mountains, valleys and villages that surround it. In 2007 she designed an ornament for the Blue Room Christmas Tree in the White House. Bonnie and her husband Scott still live next door to her family’s farm with their dog Marley and cats, Mitty and Scooter.

This is the first kit that got my mom to say “you should frame that, that’s beautiful!” and I’ve worked on a lot of kits! I’m not into doing landscapes because I don’t like doing a lot of confetti but the artwork is just too gorgeous to pass up! It’s taken me two full weeks of daily progress to get to the halfway point but it’s worth it!

I just completed this diamond painting and I’m thrilled with how beautiful it is! I was already familiar with the artwork of Bonnie White from jigsaw puzzles and calendars so I jumped at the chance to buy this kit. This is my very first Diamond Art Club project and my first using square drills. Although I was very satisfied with the kits I’d done before, it was quickly apparent that this DAC kit was a huge step above the others in quality. The canvas feels so nice, and so many of the drills had such vibrant color, especially the green shades. And I loved using the tweezers!! Near the end of the project, I became skilled enough to pick up three drills at one time (using the lightest pressure possible is the way to go.) I did run out of one color, but sent an email to DAC support and had the replacement drills in THREE business days. Amazing!! This is an absolutely gorgeous kit and I recommend it highly!
