I have officially fallen in love with square diamonds through this kit. And Diamond Art Club!
This was my first ever high quality diamond painting kit, as I saved up a budget to purchase licensed artwork. And my goodness am I ever pleased!
The drills were lovely to work with, the sparkle was way beyond what I could have expected.
Some drills had some trash, and I noticed one of the beige/browns tended to have airbubbles at the top (presumably a manufacturing error that may occur in all kits made at the same time) - but I still had plenty left over so I could pick out those trashy drills.
I am so so excited to keep buying more, and I'm not sure I'll ever go back to round drills :)
In the images I've uploaded I added a pic of my trash container, my 310s (the largest amount of spares per color) as well as my 3746s (the fewest spares, but still plenty!).
I worked on this kit on and off for the better part of two months, and it was great! One thing I personally will be aware of in the future is to maybe not get kits that are wider than 60 cm. It quickly got challenging to not only fit the diamond painting on any desk - but I also started needing to lean over uncomfortably to work on it. Yes, I could have folded it up - but it wouldn't have been super comfy.
But with the trash being negligeble and the sizing being a personal preference, this kit has decidedly earned its 5 stars!
