I was near the end on this painting and found out I wasn't given enough DMC 400 drills. I contacted customer service they did ship me replacement. 2 days after its been shipped i tracked my pkg and it says waiting for courier to pick up. I contacted customer service again and they guarantee courier picked up the pkg and told me to wait for 1 more week. A week passed and still no updates and i was told to wait more. After 10 days of waiting back and forth email in between I was told courier lost my pkg and say they will send me a second replacement pkg on those missing drills.
1 month passed i finally received the drills today. I was thinking finally I can finish this painting. Guess what! The drills they sent me were from OLD KITS. What that means is even tho it says they are DmC 400 but their tint is different. So it's basically useless. It is so noticeable that the old DMC 400 r a lot darker and the ones from the NEW KIT have a lighter tint to it.
This is the first time I gave such low rating on both the customer service and the drills and the kit. If drills weren't missing or if I was sent the true new kit dmc 400 drills I will give this kit a 5 star but that is not the case.
Very very disappointed.
