About the artist
Simona Candini
Simona Candini graduated the Academy of Fine Arts at the University of Bologna, Italy and has been a full-time artist since 2010. Her works, showcased in galleries around the globe, embody a beautiful yet sometimes dark world inhabited by big-eyed girls and improbable creatures. With a stirring of emotions translated onto each new work of art, Simona brings her love of the old fairytales and childhood imaginings to us in a unique and poetic way. I bought this because my sister loves the Wizard of Oz. I love how the artist made it more of a cartoon look. Very excited to do this one. Rendering again is on point. As always to be expected from Diamond Art Club. Diamonds are bright and colorful.

Loved it!
I bought this for my mom because she’s obsessed with Wizard of Oz. And she loved it. The glue was nice and sticky, the image is true to size. There were little to no trash drills. Lots of sparkle. And the symbols were super clear.

How to use
This meditative craft involves placing hundreds of sparkling resin rhinestones, one-by-one, on an adhesive color-coded canvas to create a vivid, shimmering work of art.
Step 1
Dip the tip of the applicator tool into the strip of wax
Step 2
Pick up each diamond by pressing the applicator to the diamond’s rounded, faceted side
Step 3
Apply each diamond to the adhesive canvas template, placing it based on the color-coded chart
