Born in Munich, Germany, Mr. Leonhard's earliest memories are of beautifully illustrated books by German artist, Fritz Baumgarten. On the flip side, however, Mr. Leonhard was raised in the United States on many styles of comic books. This interest, almost inevitably, this led him to a career as an artist and illustrator. He lives in the Pacific Northwest with his wife, son, two horses, four cats and a plethora of chickens.

Received it as a gift. It has been one of my favorite ones to do yet! A perfect mix of confetti and color blocking, so it never got tedious. I loved seeing the dragon, princess, and castle come to life. One of my favorite pieces for sure!
