Customer Service on the website is awful. I am returning this and will never order from this company again.
I bought this kit to make as a gift for a friend whose husband was a firefighter that died in the line of duty. It turned out beautiful. It brought her to tears with the sentiment and accuracy of the details. It is the perfect addition to her wall of honor she has for him.
