Sweet Treats

This was a beautiful kit, although the pink lines from the cover did transfer onto the canvas. I emailed customer service and they did offer suggestions for fixing it as well as either a return or partial refund. This kit is retired and this is no longer an issue on newer kits. Still love dac.

The colors of this print are bright and fantastic. The drawback was the protective plastic was put on backwards so the guide lines were transferred to the canvas. Customer support helped with the issue but since its an archived print I wasn’t able to get a new one.

This turned out very nice. It was a bit tricky to work on because some of the pink ink from the plastic cover came through onto the canvas.

This was my first diamond painting finish. It is color blocking heaven. The sparkle on these drills is amazing! 🤩 Only removed a star because of the pink lines on the canvas.

I loved working on this one. It was quick and fun to do for Halloween. Can't wait to see more Disney themed paintings.

So excited that DAC has licensed with Disney! Just had to get this piece. Lots of color blocking which makes it go quickly. Only reason I rated it only 4 stars was it had lines on the canvas from the perforated cover. Customer service gave great options so I elected to keep it and try to remedy it on my own. It turned out well and the issue should be resolved by now.

Sweet Treats was my first DAC painting and wow, did it start an addiction! I have done smaller kits from other companies and was blown away with the quality of DAC. I thought the special drills for this one were just perfect, especially the green fairy dust. It had an awesome amount of color blocking but enough consistent change to keep it interesting.

My only complaint is the red lines. I know it has been addressed and that you really have to look at the canvas to see them. But I think DAC should be offering to send the person out a new, corrected canvas when that happens on round drill canvases. They offer for you to send it back, but I wanted the canvas. I just think the best customer service would be to offer to replace the canvas with an unaffected one. But then of course they would lose out on the money spent on the affected ones, so that is why I assume they don’t do that. I will be avoiding all round drill canvases from DAC for the foreseeable future as I don’t want this to happen again. These kits are too expensive to be allowing defects to come through.

That said, the artwork is beautiful, the quality is next level, and the customer service is speedy with their responses. I will certainly not hesitate to buy square drill canvases in the future and I am excited to see more licensed Disney pieces come out!
