Christopher Lovell is a self-taught, Welsh artist - based in the UK - who grew up on sci-fi, cartoons, fantasy books and toys. The nostalgia of these still triggers his imagination and pours into his art. As a traditional, fantasy artist, Christopher built his career designing illustrations for bands and T-shirt companies, and is now focusing on his own personal work, creating art without limitations. His hope is to build an educational platform that will inspire like-minded artists to develop their skills and pursue their own careers in art.

There are only 15 colors so it can get a bit monotonous and there's not a lot of big chunks of color to use larger multiplacers, except for the border, so it also took a bit of time. I'm someone who very much loves large blocks of color so definitely a personal preference. Regardless, the end result is so cool and honestly impressive, especially given the small number of colors.

I just finished this painting last night, and wow! It's amazingly detailed; the rendering is spot on. It took a while for me to finish because it's huge, but it was worth it.

I've been collecting Christopher Lovell pieces from DAC and was happy that this was back in stock. Arrived quickly, in around a week from Texas to Scotland. Can't fault that.

I liked this one but there is not alot of special dimonds so I had to add some from the ones I bought. It turned out pretty well. It needed a little more color for me.
