JR Slattum

After a near-death experience in 2007, Mr. Slattum was inspired by personal enlightenment and fell into a world of paint. A self-taught artist, he works from his studio in Portland, OR., on subjects that gravitate toward the inner realms of psychology, philosophy, and the nature of being.
