Christine Karron
Christine Karron is a Canadian artist and illustrator. She was born and raised in Estonia and lived many years in Germany. Drawing and painting has always been her life. With some formal training, self-education and experience, between raising kids and taking care of her family, Christine has been working as a freelance artist for over 20 years. Working traditionally, Christine loves to create fantasy illustrations and characters with a whimsical, narrative touch, sometimes with humorous theme. Nature, music and people from her surroundings mostly influence Christine’s artwork, as well as precious memories from her childhood when picking flowers and berries in forests so deep like in fairy tales. Christine’s artwork has been sold worldwide, published in books and magazines in Europe as well as in North America. Christine has illustrated 6 children’s books and self-published multiple colouring books. When time allows, Christine shares her work in progress videos on her YouTube channel. Christine lives with her husband, their three kids and a dog in Central Alberta, Canada.

My First DAC Piece
This is absolutely beautiful. This is my first DAC and my first square painting. The colors are so vibrant and they shimmer under the slightest bit of light. The colors compliment one another and this just comes together beautifully.

Enjoyable in every way
This is my first square Diamond Art Club painting that I have worked on and wow! Everything about it was a treat, the image is just beautiful and no photo can quiet do it justice. The canvas is perfection, wonderful quality, perfect amount of glue and the rendering is stunning.
The drills were amazing - not one bad one for the entire project! The colours are incredibly vibrant and the whole experience, from opening the box to placing the last drill and seeing the finished piece were just such a delight.
The AB drills really are stunning and the placement elevates the overall effect of this piece.

How to use
This meditative craft involves placing hundreds of sparkling resin rhinestones, one-by-one, on an adhesive color-coded canvas to create a vivid, shimmering work of art.
Step 1
Dip the tip of the applicator tool into the strip of wax
Step 2
Pick up each diamond by pressing the applicator to the diamond’s rounded, faceted side
Step 3
Apply each diamond to the adhesive canvas template, placing it based on the color-coded chart
